Waithaka Ngaruiya is a distinguished advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over thirteen years of experience in dispute resolution. He founded the firm in 2015 and currently serves as its managing partner, bringing a strategic, cost-effective, and efficient approach to handling complex legal matters. Over the years, Mr. Waithaka has built a strong client portfolio across diverse sectors, including financial services, real estate development and insurance.

Mr. Waithaka’s expertise spans a wide range of high-stakes commercial disputes, including banking litigation, insolvency proceedings, shareholder conflicts, and procurement law cases. He also possesses considerable experience in land dispute litigation and is an expert in conveyancing, skilfully navigating clients through the complexities of property law in Kenya.

His extensive courtroom experience includes representing clients before the Court of Appeal, High Court, Environment & Land Court, and Employment & Labour Relations Court. He has also litigated in Quasi-Judicial Tribunals such as the Capital Markets Tribunal, Tax Appeals Tribunal, the National Civil Aviation Administrative Review Tribunal.

Mr. Waithaka served as a Member of the National Environment Tribunal between October 2016 and April 2023 and is well versed with disputes on Environmental Management and Development Control.
